Maple is a lovely young horse with a great temperament, she has excellent breeding to excel in eventing or show jumping. She is balanced and intelligent young horse who will be very trainable with excellent movement and natural jumping ability.

Her sire Leprince des Bois who is renowned for his exceptional eventing career and strong pedigree. He competed in eight 5 events*, finishing 8th at Burghley, 11th at Badminton, and 4th at Pau. His sire, Yarlands Summer Song, was ranked in the WBFSH top 10 eventing sires for a decade.

Maple's dam Samarinta competed in national hunt flat and hurdle races as well as point to pointing. Samarinta is sired by Samraan who produced many race horses and Magic Roundabout IV ridden by Bubby Upton at 4* level.
